DIXIE CHOPPER WARRANTY DISCLOSURE & CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT Limited Warranty Term and Conditions Little Tractor & Equipment ("LT&E") acknowledges that certain Dixie Chopper units may be eligible for warranty coverage for a period of up to five (5) years, subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions, limitations, and eligibility requirements. Manufacturer Warranty Control: All warranty coverage, including the applicable warranty period, commencement date, exclusions, limitations, and expiration, is determined solely by the manufacturer, Dixie Chopper, in accordance with its official warranty policies. Although warranty coverage may be advertised or represented as extending up to five (5) years, actual coverage may expire earlier if provided for under the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms. Limitation of Dealer Responsibility: Little Tractor & Equipment has no authority to establish, modify, extend, guarantee, or override the manufacturer's warranty terms or expiration date. LT&E shall not be responsible for any reduction, limitation, denial, or early expiration of warranty coverage imposed by the manufacturer, provided such limitation is consistent with applicable law. Customers are encouraged to review the official Dixie Chopper warranty documentation applicable to their specific unit to verify the exact coverage period and all applicable terms and conditions. Customer Acknowledgment By signing below, the customer acknowledges that the warranty period is subject to the manufacturer's official warranty terms and that any reference to five (5) years of warranty coverage does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of coverage for the full five-year period by Little Tractor & Equipment.
