Buyers are responsible for inspecting equipment prior to the auction and can not hold Little Tractor or the auction company liable for descriptions made without the buyers prior viewing. All Sales are final and payment must be made within 72 hours via wire transfer unless other arrangements are made with Little Tractor, no equipment may be removed until payment in full has been received.
