We do have a dock and do try to load most hours of the day at no charge... Buyers are responsible for inspecting equipment prior to the auction and can not hold Little Tractor or the auction company liable for descriptions made without the buyers prior viewing. All Sales are final and payment must be made within 72 hours via wire transfer unless other arrangements are made with Little Tractor, no equipment may be removed until payment in full has been received. TAXES MAY APPLY!! - This is dependent on buyers location and tax exemption status. Anyone within the state of Illinois/Kentucky will be charged the appropriate sales tax rate on all mowers and like equipment. For TRACTORS sold to residence of Illinois/Kentucky you will be required to pay the appropriate sales tax or will be required to sign a Tax Exempt form for the state of Illinois or supply a Farm Exemption number for the state of Kentucky. Successful bidders must contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. All equipment is sold "As Is" with no guarantees. All sales are final.
