ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Due diligence and inspect any equipment yourself to guarantee working order/condition. All sales are final. If you have questions on equipment, please call before making a bid. Buyer is responsible for making shipping arraignments. Items must be removed within two weeks of auction conclusion. Any of the purchased items not picked up within 21 days may be subject to storage fees or reselling equipment without reimbursement. Payment must be made by Wire, Bank check or cash. Payments must be made and cleared within one week of auction date.
