VICSEC VC13 MINI EXCAVATOR 2026 VICSEC VC13 The VICSEC VC13 is a compact mini excavator for digging, trenching, and landscape work in small work areas. Rubber tracks provide travel between digging positions, and side-mounted joystick controls operate the hydraulic digging equipment.
