Online winning bidders are to contact Western Auction & Real Estate, LLC within 24 hours of the auction to arrange for payment and pick-up. Invoices will be emailed out to all winning bidders within 48 hours of completion of the Auction. Payment (including the buyer’s fee and wire transfer fee, Credit card payments will be charged an additional 4% convenience fee at the time of the transaction. If that is the payment of choice) must be made within 3 banking days of the auction. Certified Check, Cash & Wire transfers (with an additional $25 fee added to Online total for Wire Transfers) are accepted methods of payment. For all titled lots, there will be a $25 title processing fee paid by the winning bidder will be added to the transaction at check out. Once the auction is over, all sales are final and NO refunds will be given. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange pickup and removal of all items. MINIMUM 24 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR TO PICKUP. All items are to be removed within 30 days after the auction. After 30 days, items will be re-sold and no refund given to the customer. No equipment can be loaded or removed until payment clears. If any of these terms are not adhered to, the Seller (Western Auction & Real Estate, LLC) has the right to refuse the sale and take control and keep possession of the item or items bought. Auctioneers, owners, and Western Auction & Real Estate are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Not responsible for consignor deliveries. Loading arrangements must be made in advance with Auction Firm.
