    No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. All equipment is advertised to the best of our knowledge and everything is sold "As Is"/Where is with no guarantees. Preferred payment method is wire transfer or Cashier Check within 3 business days.  If Paid with Check it Has to Clear before equipment will Be Released. Processing fee of $20.00 will be added to cover bank fees. Buyer is responsible for all freight and handling costs. Items must be removed within two weeks of conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with seller. 4.5% SD Sales Tax Applies to SD residents. This does not apply to vehicles sold with a title.
