Hancock Model 12E4 paddle scraper. SN not available. Chains and paddles look good, good floor, good to fair tires, 100 PTO drives paddles, Hydraulic pan lift & rear section. Owner said that this is a really good machine. Located at 34343 C.R. PP - Wiley, CO 81092. 5% Buyer's Premium. A telehandler and operator will be on site December 14-15-16 as well as a loading dock.
