Terms of Sale: All postings provide notification of the auction and auction items and do not constitute offers to sell. The offer to sell will occur at/during the auction. Payment in full (US funds only) may be made by bank wire or certified check within 7 calendar days of the completed auction. International bidders are required to pay by bank wire in US funds. No equipment will be released until entire invoice is paid in full and payments are cleared. Call with questions regarding this auction before making a bid. All equipment is advertised/described to the best of our knowledge. Items must be removed within 30 days after auction concludes, unless other arrangements have been made. Will load equipment at no additional cost. Tax, Licenses All sales are subject to the sales tax in Pa. International Bidders Buyers whose principal place of business is not located in the U.S. must pay by Wire Transfer only.
