1994 Ford L9000 tandem 19' flatbed truck that use to have a crane on the rear. TANK not with truck. Truck has a N14 Cummins and 8LL transmission and a very good cab. Truck starts and runs as shown in video, but it will not accelerate correctly going down the road witch is why its being sold.
