All items are sold as is, where is, how is, with no warranties express or implied unless otherwise stated in description. All bidders are welcome to make arrangements to personally inspect item before bidding. Winning bidder must submit payment in full via wire within (3) business days of auction close. Sales tax based on item’s location applicable unless acceptable proof of exemption provided. All items sold FOB listed location; buyer responsible for all freight-related costs to move item from listed location. Buyer responsible for any disassembly costs required for transport. No loading dock or ramp available for loading unless otherwise stated in description. Item must be removed from location within (15) days of auction close unless other arrangements made prior to bidding. Items not picked up after (15) days will incur a daily storage fee of $100 per day. Items not picked up after (30) days of auction close will be treated as abandoned and may be resold. In the event Buyer is using a bank to finance purchase, a $300 document fee will be assessed to cover extra administrative and/or inspection costs.
