Terms and Conditions: Buyer acknowledges item or items are sold "As-Is, Where Is", with no warranty expressed or implied. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding. Auctioneer and or seller encourages bidders to look at subject items in person prior to bidding. All information including hour meter, mileages or counting systems are believed to be true but are not guaranteed. Buyer is to pick up and have payed in full, for any item or items purchased from said location within 2 weeks (14 days) from auction closing unless other arrangements are made with auctioneer prior to auction close or a $25 per day storage fee may apply after 30 days. Payment You will be emailed an invoice after the auction close with the amount due. It is the buyers responsibility to contact Nick DeFelice Auctioneer & Equipment Sales to arrange full payment. Payments not received within 2 business days will be assessed a 1.5% late fee of the winning bid or $50 whichever is greater. Full payment shall be made no later than 2 business days after auction close by wire transfer ($25 fee). Cash or (certified bank check) may be approved methods of payment, if pre approved by selling auctioneer prior to bidding, for in state (Ohio) residents only. All Out of state and all International payments including Canada and Mexico , must be made by bank wire transfer. All payment funds must be verified by the auctioneer or seller and have cleared the bank prior to the item or items purchased being released for pick up. 5% or 10% buyers premium may be in effect as stated per the item listing. Sales tax may apply if applicable. Buyer shall make an appointment with Auctioneer or seller to pickup and or arrange the shipping (see seller or auctioneers phone contact info). Seller will do their best to assist buyer with loading within reason if possible.
